Shipping policy

From an order value of 50 EUR your order at TOKKI-SHOP is free of shipping costs within Germany. Orders under 50 EUR will be charged with a shipping fee of 4.95 EUR within Germany.

Our shipping center is located in Germany, which is why there are no additional customs fees for you.

Shipping to Austria costs 8.95 EUR. Shipping to all other EU countries is charged at a flat rate of 13.90 EUR.

From an order value of 150 EUR, all deliveries outside Germany are free of shipping costs.

Apart from Germany, we currently ship EU-wide to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Romania, Lithuania, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Greece, Latvia, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, Sweden

All orders are shipped by DHL and after the order has been shipped you will automatically receive a tracking number by e-mail.

Pre-order posters are shipped rolled and K-Pop albums are wrapped in bubble wrap before shipping. This ensures safe shipping.

Shipping to DHL packing stations is possible within Germany. Please enter your postal number and the packing station number in the delivery address.

Information on delivery times

From receipt of order and payment, the delivery time within Germany for products that we have in stock is approx. 2-3 working days. The delivery time to all other EU countries is approx. 2-8 working days.

Orders containing a pre-order item are generally only shipped after the release date stated in the product description. The item will only be shipped to Germany by our dealers in Korea after the official release date. After the release of the pre-order item, it will probably take about 14 days until the product arrives at TOKKI-SHOP in Germany. However, delays may occur in exceptional cases. Current information on the estimated delivery time can be found in the respective product description.

K-Pop albums that contain special limited pre-order photo cards (store POBs), such as those from Makestar or Soundwave, usually arrive a little later from Korea than albums that do not contain special extra pre-order photo cards. For these album versions, shipping from Korea usually takes a little longer than for regular albums without special additional pre-order benefits.

*When paying in advance, payment must be received within 7 days of placing the order. If payment is not made on time, the order will be canceled. The goods remain the property of TOKKI-SHOP (NAMU GmbH) until full payment has been received.
When making a bank transfer, please state the order number as the reason for payment!
You will find the account details on the invoice, which will be sent to you automatically by e-mail after completion of the order. The ordered goods will only be dispatched after receipt of payment.
