EU-wide shipping WITHOUT customs fees!

Shipping policy

From an order value of 50 EUR, your order at TOKKI-SHOP is shipping free within Germany. Orders under 50 EUR will incur a  flat shipping fee of 4.95 EUR within Germany. 

Our shipping center is located in Germany, which means you will incur no additional customs fees. We ship from there across the EU.

For an order value of 150 EUR all deliveries outside of Germany are shipping free.

Shipping to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Croatia, Lithuania, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Spain costs 8.95 EUR for an order value of under 60 EUR per order. For an order value of over 60 EUR the shipping to the above-mentioned countries costs 4.95 EUR.

Shipping to Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia will incur a flat shipping fee of 13.90 EUR for an order value of under 60 EUR. For an order value of over 60 EUR, shipping to the above-mentioned countries costs 8.95 EUR.

All orders are shipped via DHL and after shipping your order, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email to track your package. 

Pre-order posters are shipped rolled  and the K-Pop albums are wrapped in bubble wrap before shipping. This ensures safe shipping. 

Shipping to DHL Packstations is possible within Germany. Please provide your postal number and the pack station including number in the delivery address.

Information on delivery times

From the order and payment receipt, the shipping time within Germany for products we have in stock is approximately  2-3 working days. The delivery time to all other EU countries is approximately 5-10 working days. 

Orders that contain a pre-order item will generally be shipped only after the release date mentioned in the product description. Only after the official release will the item be shipped from our suppliers in Korea to Germany. After the release of the pre-order item, it is expected to take about 14 days for the product to arrive at TOKKI-SHOP in Germany. However, there may also be delays in exceptional cases. Current information on the estimated delivery time can be found in the respective product description.

K-Pop albums that include special limited pre-order photocards (Store POBs) such as those from Makestar or Soundwave usually arrive a bit later from Korea than albums that do not include special extra pre-order photocards. For these album versions, shipping from Korea generally takes a bit longer than for regular albums without special additional pre-order benefits.

*For payment by prepayment, a payment receipt must be confirmed within 7 days from the order. If no timely payment is made, the order will be canceled. The goods remain the property of TOKKI-SHOP (NAMU GmbH) until full payment is received.
Please make sure to include the order number as the purpose of the transfer!
The bank details can be found on the invoice, which will be automatically sent to you via email after completing the order. The ordered goods will only be shipped after payment is received.
