For information: Poca album versions are platform versions, i.e. meta albums, which do not contain CDs, but instead QR codes. Since the QR code can only be redeemed once, this product cannot be exchanged.

Please note that the outer packaging is only used to protect the contents, i.e. the product itself. Minor damage to the outer packaging such as slight dents, bends or scratches are therefore not a reason for a complaint.
