1) After cleansing your face, prepare the skin with a toner.
2) Take the sheet mask out of the packaging, unfold it and place it on your face, avoiding the eyes and mouth.
3) Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes before removing.
4) Gently pat in the remaining essence. Do not wash!
