The Light Stick is tested for functionality and condition before shipping.

Please note that the outer packaging only serves to protect the contents, i.e. the product itself. Minor damage to the outer packaging, such as slight dents, creases or scratches, are therefore not grounds for a complaint.

To use the Light Stick, 3 AAA batteries are required. These are not included in the product and must be purchased separately.
