For your information: This album is a platform version, i.e. a digital album that does not contain any CDs, but instead a QR code. Since the QR code can only be redeemed once, this product cannot be exchanged.

Please note that the outer packaging only serves to protect the contents, i.e. the product itself. Minor damage to the outer packaging, such as slight dents, creases or scratches, is therefore not grounds for a complaint.
