For your information: QR versions are platform versions, i.e. a product that does not contain DVDs, but instead QR codes. Since the QR code can only be redeemed once, this product cannot be exchanged.
Please note that the outer packaging only serves to protect the contents, i.e. the product itself. Minor damage to the outer packaging, such as slight dents, creases or scratches, are therefore not grounds for a complaint.
