For your information: Weverse album versions are platform versions, i.e. meta albums, which do not contain CDs, but instead QR codes. Since the QR code can only be redeemed once, this product cannot be exchanged.

Please note that the outer packaging only serves to protect the contents, i.e. the product itself. Minor damage to the outer packaging, such as slight dents, creases or scratches, is therefore not grounds for a complaint.
